How to log in

To log in to eSnipe, enter your user ID and password on eSnipe's home page and click the "Log in" button.

If your log-in is successful, eSnipe displays the My Auctions page. This page prompts you to schedule a bid on an item by entering the item number and clicking the "BidWizard" button. It also summarizes any bids you have scheduled recently.

If you do not use eSnipe for a period of time, eSnipe's server will log you out. When you return to eSnipe, it will prompt you to log in again.

Problems and solutions

eSnipe doesn't recognize my user ID and password.

I clicked the button to submit a page, but eSnipe displayed the same page again with the message, "Your entry timed out..."

There is always the possibility that you may forgotten your user ID or password.  Click the ...forgotten your password link to ask eSnipe to email your password to you. If this does not work, please email us here.
